Breaking news! 4B showed their determination and courage during their assembly last Friday when they sought to find out what the enormous, iron figure was that had been spotted in the school grounds. The use of hatching and cross-hatching in their sketches as well as their descriptive writing helped to identify the mystery figure as … the Iron Man! 4B utilised their knowledge of 4-figure grid references to locate each part of the Iron Man although he still didn’t appear to move. Thankfully 4B’s electricians were on the case and once they’d discovered the issue – a rogue insulator in his circuit, they were able to bring the Iron Man back to life. The song The Power in Me was a great way to celebrate!
